Union Developments’ Middle Yard project is a unique development of 136 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments across four buildings in Dollis Hill, north west London with a prominent position on the north London skyline and corresponding panoramic views.
The depth of our consulting team’s market knowledge allowed us to carry out a study of comparable developments on behalf of the developer so that they could create a stand-out build with amenities unlike any other local development, allowing them to price accordingly.
To support this, we created a bespoke customer journey for buyers, including an interactive, sensory experience in the marketing suite, and a series of buyer events.
Our event series led to strong sales rates and price points, including achieving a three day exchange of contracts on a penthouse apartment.
