Before Kingsbury Stone, I was working for a small surveying firm in South London renting commercial units.
The progression possibilities. Since I joined over seven years ago as a consultant, I have gradually worked my way up to Director; which was always the aim. It is motivating to know there is a clear path to progressing within the company and I have enjoyed experiencing this both for myself and with my team.
Being made a Director and being able to promote those working within my team. This year I had the pleasure of promoting one of our consultants to Associate; seeing that growth and being able to reward it is a massive highlight for me.
